• We require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure your dates. The remaining accommodation and cleaning fees (and any taxes) are due 14 days before your stay.
• If the Guest cancels 14 days or more before check-in, the remaining balance will not be charged.
• If the Guest cancels less than 14 days before check-in, the full amount is non-refundable.
• Guests are required to sign Vacation Rental Agreement and provide copies of your ID within 72 hours of booking, or we reserve the right to cancel your booking. Thank you!

Upon booking we will call you to verify your booking and contact details, and provide you with a Vacation Rental Agreement that will need to be signed within 72 hours of your booking. If it is not signed within the first 72 hours we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.
